The team trained yesterday for the first time since returning from San Antonio. It was a full session, starting with a warm-up jog, let by new Assistant Coach Mike Matkovich. He's seen here, in red (front and center):

After that, "Matko" led the guys in some light plyometrics/quickness and agility work, as the guys ran through a few different sets of cones/ladders. Matko is on the hill on the left, with a watchful eye:
